Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Sure, you can do this at the Box Office. We can’t guarantee your favourite spot, but we can show you which seats (if any) are available.

When can I get into the screen?

We try to let customers into the screen ten minutes before a show’s listed start time, but this may vary.

I’m running late. Can I still get into my film?

We do try to allow customers to enter the screening up to 20 minutes after the stated start time, however due to different circumstances this may not always be possible.

Can you be refused entry to a screening?

We reserve the right to refuse admission, or we may ask you to leave the premises without a refund, if you do any of the following:

What is your luggage policy? What can I take into a screen?

You’re welcome to take small bags and cases into a screen as long as they fit under your seat and don’t block the row or aisle. Unfortunately we can’t look after large items of luggage while you’re watching a film. You can leave prams/strollers in the foyer area of the screen, but this is at your own risk.

Can I have my mobile phone in a screening?

Yes you can, but please switch it off before the film starts. (The light is just as distracting as the sound!)

Can I have recording equipment/cameras in a screening?
You can take it in with you, as long as it’s switched off and stored away at all times.
I’ve just seen someone filming. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible! Speak to a member of staff in the cinema, or, if you’d prefer not to approach us in person, call or email our Customer Care team (020 7326 2649 or [email protected] ).

How can I give feedback about my experience?
Feedback is always welcome! Ask to speak to a manager or send an email to [email protected] .
Something happened during my visit that I’m not happy about. How can I make sure my complaint is heard?

If you can, let a member of staff know while you’re at the cinema so we can tackle the problem then and there. If it’s something that can’t be resolved until after your visit, send us an email so we have it in writing and can investigate it further. We always aim to respond with a resolution as soon as we can (usually within seven days).

Do you accept £50 notes?

We do not currently accept £50 notes.

What forms of ID do you accept?

We reserve the right to require you to prove your age with appropriate photographic ID if you are going to a 12A, 15 or 18 film or purchasing alcoholic drinks. If you are unable to prove your age you will not be able to watch the film or buy alcoholic drinks. We reserve the right to ask for such proof at any time you are on our premises. In order to prove your age we require official ID that includes a photo and date of birth such as a passport (or photocopy of a passport) or a driver’s license, we also accept all PASS accredited proof of age cards. For more information or to apply for a proof of age ID card visit: pass-scheme.org.uk .
